In this study, a germ-free mouse tumor-bearing model was used to demonstrate the causal role of A. finegoldii and its enhancing effect on immunotherapy. (Conducted by Gnotobio Biotechnology)

Research results presentation：

After colonization of A. finegoldii in germ-free tumor-bearing mice, enhanced tumor suppression and anti-tumor immune activation were observed, while no such effects were seen in the control group.

This study provided critical support for validating whether mono-colonization of A. finegoldii can activate the CXCL16-CXCR6 axis, promote CD8⁺ T cell infiltration into the tumor microenvironment, and synergize with anti-PD-1 antibodies to inhibit tumor growth.
